License Purchase

• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the license has been activated.
• License activation occurs immediately upon successful payment processing.
• You are responsible for selecting the appropriate license tier for your team size.
• License upgrades are available by purchasing a higher tier license.

Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

• All mockup files, designs, and content remain the property of Vision Mockups.
• Purchasing a license grants you usage rights as specified in the License Agreement, not ownership of the files.
• You may not claim ownership or authorship of the mockup files themselves.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source files from the mockups.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing mockup files with unauthorized users.
• Using mockups in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Using mockups to create content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Vision Mockups provides mockup files "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the mockups, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
